Kakiage is a kind of tempura where different ingredients are mixed together in a tempura batter before deep-frying. Various vegetables and seafood such as squid and shrimp can be used.

Good for rice bowl, noodle topping

  • Deep fry at 170℃ for 1 min 30 sec
  • Oven 180℃ for 15min
